Backorder (Pre-order)

Why are some of our products under backorder?

  • Items are out of stock both in our online store and at the suppliers.
  • Due to space constraints, we might not have the item on hand and thus need to collect them from the supplier.
  • For homemade treats, we only prepare the treats when you’ve placed an order in order to maintain its freshness.

If you’re not urgent to have the item, you may continue to place an order for our backorder products.
For out-of-stock items, we’ll contact you with an update of the estimated arrival date given to us by the supplier.
For homemade treats, we’ll keep you updated about the process and an update when it’s ready for delivery.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 4 working days. We will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for delivery. You may opt for contactless delivery, but do note that we will not be responsible for loss or damage once goods are delivered.

Free delivery with a minimum of $50 purchase. A $5 delivery fee will be added to your order if you’re unable to hit the minimum order. Alternatively, you may opt for self-collect at Sengkang S(541124). We will contact you to confirm the self-collect date & timing.

Refunds

Should any of our goods be unavailable after order confirmation and payment, we will contact you immediately to decide on the next course of action. You may choose to refund, wait for the product to be available, or select an alternative product.  If an alternative product is selected and there is a price difference to the original product, you will need to pay the increment, or if it is lower, we will refund you the difference.

Refunds will be refunded through contactless payment, so do provide us with the contact number for paynow, paylah or google pay transactions.

Exchange

We do exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.

Criteria for an exchange:

  • it was delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date
  • it has a manufacturer’s defect
  • the wrong product was delivered

Email us at [email protected] if there is a need for an exchange with the following information:

  • returned unused and in its original packaging and condition
  • a photo if the product is damaged, or the food is spoilt etc.
  • accompanied by the order confirmation, with order reference number, as proof of purchase from GPS Mini Pawmart

If the above conditions are met, we will arrange to collect the goods to be exchanged and send a replacement at the earliest available time, and the delivery charges will be taken care of by us.
